1. Service and operator
Wisp Legends is a free browser game with local and server-supported features. Your contracting party is the individual operator identified in the legal notice. These terms cover the game and its online features. An external game platform may also apply its own terms.
Minors need any guardian permission required by the law where they live.
2. Access, accounts and saved data
You may use the game for personal, non-commercial play within its intended functions. A current browser and suitable hardware are required; online features require internet access. No particular device compatibility or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Keep credentials confidential and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Registration information must be accurate. Guest access may depend on device storage, and clearing it can remove unsecured local data. Server-confirmed results and account values govern online progress; a local display alone does not guarantee credit.
3. Fair play and communication
Do not attack the service, manipulate results, exploit known security flaws, use unauthorised automation or circumvent account, messaging or rate limits. Report reproducible faults instead of using them for an unfair advantage.
Harassment, threats, discriminatory or unlawful content, spam, fraud and disclosure of another person’s personal information are prohibited. Use display names you are entitled to use. Messages may be filtered and reported content reviewed. Blocking, muting and reporting are available within the supported features.
4. Content and virtual items
Where intellectual-property rights exist, they remain with their respective holders. Playing does not transfer rights to republish code, images, music or other game material. Uses permitted by law remain unaffected.
Your messages remain your content. You permit only the processing needed to provide, deliver, display, secure and proportionately moderate them within the described service. This does not grant a general licence to advertise using your messages.
Game currencies, upgrades and cosmetics are game features, not legal tender or a claim to cash payment. The game currently offers no real-money purchases. If such offers are introduced, their price, scope and statutory consumer information must be provided separately before purchase.
5. Development and account measures
The game continues to develop; content and balance may change. Maintenance and security measures can temporarily limit functions. Material contractual changes will be offered with appropriate advance information and renewed agreement where required; silence does not provide blanket acceptance.
Specific breaches may require proportionate measures to protect the service, such as rejecting invalid results, messaging restrictions or temporary access suspension. Where reasonable, the reason and an opportunity to respond will be provided. Urgent security measures and legal duties remain possible. Contact the operator with questions or objections.
6. Liability and mandatory rights
Statutory liability rules apply. In particular, claims concerning intentional conduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and mandatory digital-product and data-protection rights are not excluded. These terms impose no blanket indemnity obligation on players.
Mandatory consumer rights where you habitually live remain protected. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction in a foreign court on consumers. Choosing a language does not reduce mandatory rights if the language versions differ.
7. Ending use and contact
You may stop playing at any time. To delete a server account, contact the privacy address in the legal notice; clearing browser storage alone does not delete it. Retention and deletion follow the privacy notice and statutory duties.
